The Oklahoma Accountancy Board is currently in the process of upgrading its online registration system and the contractor has not completed all of the necessary programming. As a result, the individual online modules have not been completed. However, you may now process firm registrations online by clicking the Online Firm Registration link below.

When the online services do become available for individuals to renew their certificate, report CPE and/or apply for a permit to practice public accounting, each registrant will be notified by mail. In the mean time, you may download the COMBINED INDIVIDUAL REPORTING FORM INSTRUCTIONS and submit the COMBINED INDIVIDUAL REPORTING FORM, due on or before September 2, 2008. 

At its June 27th meeting, the Oklahoma Accountancy Board extended the deadline for individuals to register until midnight September 2, 2008, at which time all late fees will apply. Automatic revocation will occur midnight September 30, 2008. 

Please note that ALL registrants are required to submit an individual reporting form each year.

Online firm registration is available by clicking ONLINE FIRM REGISTRATION. Should you choose not to register your firm online, you may download the FIRM RENEWAL FORM INSTRUCTIONS and FIRM RENEWAL FORM and submit it to the Oklahoma Accountancy Board.

Firms not registered by midnight tonight, June 30, 2008, are considered not to be in good standing. Firms not registered by July 31, 2008 will be automatically revoked.

At its May 22nd meeting, the Oklahoma Accountancy Board extended the deadline for firms to register until June 30, 2008.
